Our 6 week blocks of Weights in the gym For Men and Ladies are one of our most popular sessions at Good Vibes Gym.
They are Run by some of our top Personal Trainers, all of which have an amazing knowledge of the gym and know how to encourage you to be confident and happy in a gym setting.

These 6 week blocks help all levels of Gym user to be consistent, motivated and empowered when it comes to their health and well being. Its a great platform to workout in a group with like minded people, working for personal goals, together.

The weights blocks run 6 weekly and we have a choice of days and time for you to choose.
