At Good Vibes many of our classes are combined with weights, cardio and strength & core workouts.

This selection of classes is based more on the use of weights in the session. Kettle Bells, Vibe power, Boot camp, Vibe Kettle bells, Ab & Butt attack are all classes designed to improve your strength and fitness using resistance equipment.

Another half an hour class designed to work you with intervals and varied exercises.

Vibe Kettle Bells

In true Vibe concept tradition, we structure your Kettlebell routine to fit with the beat! with disco lights, with funky music 🙂

Ab and Butt Attack

This class is a great class to focus on toning and strengthening the legs, bums & tums.
