One of our most popular classes! We are bringing you back to basics with good old aerobics to get your heart and lungs pumping and great toning exercises to tone and condition your body. 

Swiss Ball Fitness

Such a great way to lengthen, strengthen, and feel your core strength improve. Flexibility, balance, range of movement all benefit from this workout, not to the beat to allow you to move at your own pace.

Barre Fitness

Ballet inspired fitness. You won't be dancing though.
