In Vibe Power we aim to improve our body strength and condition by lifting weights to the beat. We use minimum repetitions with your maximum weight.

This system allows lots of time to rest and tailor the weights to suit you, we love the music, the disco and the buzz we get from weight training.  A full-body workout for all levels.
